The prices are per room and night and include our breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi and parking.
In addition the compulsory holiday taxes of € 3,30 per person and night. (Children 6 -15 years 2,00 € per night).

Please understand that pets are not allowed in our hotel.

PAYMENT

Our reception is open from 7:30 until 21:00.

We kindly ask our guests to pay the hotel bill on arrival day.

We accept the following means of payment at Hotel Schoengarten: EC card, VISA, Eurocard, MasterCard and Maestro. Of course, cash is welcomed.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

You may occupy your room on the day of arrival beginning at 15:00. On the day of departure, you may use it until 11:00 at disposal.

If you should arrive after 21:00, please inform us previously under 0049 / 8382 93400.
The key will be deposited in our entry safe.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your room reservation up to 7 days before date of arrival free of charge.

If you do not check-in, or check-out on the agreed upon date, we are entitled to bill for 80% of the whole rate. This applies also in case of early departure or late arrival due to unfavorable weather, illness or other unforeseen reasons. We recommend you to take out a private travel insurance for this case.
